The non-touch and laser point switch design of the Lasergrip 1080 allows you to measure the temperature of hot or cold items from a safe distance. This makes it perfect for use with pizza ovens, air conditioning units, car engines, swimming pools, bath water, wine coolers, and more. Additionally, the easy-to-use design makes it convenient for pet care, ensuring that reptiles and hairless cats are kept in a comfortable temperature environment.

Please note that the Lasergrip 1080 is not intended for use on humans. It is designed for measuring temperatures inanimate objects only.

This thermometer offers a wide temperature range, allowing you to measure temperatures from -58° to 1130°F / -50° to 610°C with an impressive response time of just 500 ms. The display also shows the maximum temperature of the surface being measured, providing you with accurate and reliable results.

The Lasergrip 1080 features a professional EMS mode with an emissivity range of 0.1–1.0, allowing for precise readings across different surfaces and conditions. You can easily adjust the emissivity by pressing and holding the up and down buttons on the thermometer.

With a 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio, the Lasergrip 1080 can accurately measure targets from a safe distance, making it ideal for measuring dangerous objects. For optimal accuracy, it is recommended to maintain a distance of approximately 14.17 inches between the thermometer and the object being measured.

In addition to its advanced features, the Lasergrip 1080 also offers a backlit LCD screen, unit conversion capabilities (°F/°C), an auto-off function to conserve battery life, and a low battery indicator to prevent unexpected interruptions.

For best results and to prolong the life of your Lasergrip 1080, store it in a ventilated or airtight environment at low temperatures. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or sources of heat, as this may cause the product surface to become sticky.
